For reliable printing, we also recommend setting a brim to the armor shell parts, because of their height and low thickness. Most of the parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament But some parts definitely need supporting. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. It’s good to make the helmet bigger and then add cushioning to the inside for a snug and comfortable fit.Īs the armor is created for people tall 170 cm, it is big and meant to be scaled and post-processed, to fit your body well and comfortably. You should scale the model according to your body measurements. At 100% scale the armor dimensions are scaled to a 170 cm tall person (about 5 ½ feet)
